in Plain English

I believe that your data is exactly that: yours. While I use professional-grade tools to ensure I meet global legal standards, I want to be clear about how I handle your information in a way that doesn't require a law degree to understand.

1. Your Content stays yours. Whether it’s a file organization blueprint or a team workflow, I do not "own" or repurpose your content. It is treated with the same confidentiality I would expect for my own business.

2. I only collect what is necessary. I collect your name, email, and billing information so we can work together. I don't sell your data to third parties, and I don't "data mine" your files for marketing.

3. Secure Processing. I use secure, encrypted platforms for file sharing and communication. If we use third-party tools (like PayPal for payments or Google Workspace for collaboration), those platforms have their own high-level security protocols that protect your sensitive details.

4. You have the "Right to be Forgotten." If our project ends and you’d like me to delete your files from my active systems, just ask. I’m happy to purge project data once our work is complete.

5. The "Full" Version. For those who need to review the full Privacy Policy.
