For more than 30 years, I have worked behind the scenes of founder-led businesses, solo practices, international corporations, and academic institutions. I have observed firsthand how businesses evolve, where operational strain begins, and what drives sustainable growth.
I have intentionally moved away from the traditional model of transactional assistance. Today, I partner with founder-led businesses to enhance their operational architecture by aligning systems, workflows, and decision-making processes before growth is hampered by operational complexity.
Through a thoughtful and collaborative approach, I help founders identify structural friction, clarify priorities, and build the operational capacity needed to support the next stage of their business. The result is greater clarity, stronger alignment, and an organization that no longer relies on the founder to be at the center of every decision.
