How It Works

Working together should feel clear, calm, and intentional. Here’s what to expect from the moment you choose a service to the moment your project begins.

1. Choose Your Service or Package

Browse the options and select the one that best fits your goals. When you’re ready, click Book the Service/Package to get started.

2. Complete a Short Intake Form

You’ll answer a few questions about your priorities, timeline, and communication preferences. This helps me understand your needs before preparing your agreement.

3. Receive Your Confirmation

Once your form is submitted, you’ll see a confirmation message outlining what happens next. I’ll review your information and prepare your contract within 2 business days.

4. Review & Sign Your Contract

Your contract will include:

  • Scope and deliverables

  • Timeline

  • Payment structure

  • Policies around scope changes, previews, and communication

This ensures we’re aligned before any work begins.

5. Submit Your Initial Payment

After the contract is signed, you’ll receive an invoice based on the payment terms in your agreement. Your project start date is officially reserved once payment is received.

6. Begin Your Project

You’ll receive a kickoff message with next steps, any materials I may need, and what to expect as we move forward.

From there, we begin the work with clarity, structure, and a shared understanding of the path ahead.
