Turning the Findings Into a Better Way of Working

Operational Implementation Projects

The Operational Diagnostic tells us what is getting in the way of your business and what needs to change.

The Implementation Project is where we make those changes.

This is a focused engagement for solo practices and founder-led businesses with small teams (< 6) that need more than advice. We will redesign the parts of your operation that create unnecessary work, slow delivery, or keep too much responsibility with you.

The scope is based on your Operational Diagnostic results, so we fix the problems that matter most, not add systems just because they are available.

What We Look At

  • How decisions get made: What comes to you, what doesn't, and where decisions are slowing things down.

  • How work gets done: Where your current processes are working, where they're breaking down, and where you're relying on workarounds.

  • How information moves: Whether people can find what they need or whether answers, instructions, and decisions are scattered across different places.

  • Who is responsible for what: Where responsibilities are clear and where things are falling through the cracks or coming back to you.

  • Where your time is going: Which parts of the business still require your involvement and which shouldn't.

The goal isn't to add more systems or create more work. It's to find what is making the business harder to run than it needs to be.

What You Receive

1. Quick Summary

You will receive a concise summary of our session covering the issues we discussed, key observations, and any decisions or priorities identified during our conversation.

Think of it as the minutes from the meeting; something you can refer back to without having to remember everything we covered.

2. Strategic Summary & Recommendations

I will also provide my assessment of the operational issues that deserve attention, along with recommended next steps.

This may include areas such as:

  • processes that need to be simplified or clarified

  • responsibilities that need to be better defined

  • communication or information flow that needs to be cleaned up

  • systems or tools that are creating unnecessary work

  • areas where your involvement can be reduced

The recommendations are based on what we uncover, not on a prepackaged solution.
